2 . Any informalities in the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 <br /> hereof are waived . <br /> 3 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> agreement with Burris Enterprises , Inc . , for the furnishing <br /> of the above mentioned equipment in accordance with and subject <br /> to the terms and conditions of the aforementioned specifications <br /> and in accordance with the aforementioned bidders proposal . <br /> 4 . Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood <br /> City for the furnishing of the above mentioned equipment , <br /> other than the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 hereof , are hereby <br /> rejected . <br />
