the full particulars thereof , is hereby approved , and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> Agreement for and on behalf of Redwood City General Improvement <br /> District No . 1- 64 . <br /> 2 . That certain Agreement entitled "Agreement for Manage- <br /> ment of Storm Water Basin and Mitigation Pond ( ` Management <br /> Agreement ' ) " , approved in Paragraph 1 , and that certain finding <br /> of consistency with the interest of the City of Redwood City <br /> and that of Redwood City General Improvement District No . 1- 64 <br /> approved in Paragraph 2 of that certain Resolution entitled <br /> " Resolution Approving and Authorizing Execution of Agreement <br /> for Management of Storm Water Holding Basin and Mitigation Pond , <br /> and Finding Certain Mitigation Agreement Consistent with the <br /> Interests of Redwood City and General Improvement District No . 1- 64 " <br /> adopted February 7 , 1977 , shall not be effective unless and until <br /> the Agreement approved in Paragraph 1 hereof is signed by all <br /> of the parties therein specified . <br />
