RESOLUTION NO. 15445 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CiTY APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT INCLUDING <br /> MODIFICATIONS, USE PERMIT, AND VESTING TENTATIVE MAP INCLUDING <br /> MODIFICATIONS FOR AN EIGHT LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, <br /> PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE; THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, AND THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT, AND <br /> UPON CONSIDERING ADDENDUM NO. 1 AND ADDENDUM NO. 2 WITH THE <br /> FINGER AVENUE NINE-LOT PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT EIR, AS <br /> CERTIFIED <br /> M/S Seybert/Aguirre to adopt the resolution approving the Vesting Tentative Map, <br /> Planned Development Permit including development standard modifications, and Use <br /> Permit for an eight-lot residential subdivision. Motion carried unanimously by <br /> electronic vote with Councilmember Pierce absent <br /> M/S Foust/Aguirre to extend the meeting to 11:15 p.m. Motion carried unanimously <br /> with Councilmember Pierce absent <br /> C. Amendments to Uses Allowed in the LII Zoning District(602) <br /> Diana O'Dell, Principal Planner gave a presentation regarding the proposed <br /> amendments to the LII (Light Industrial Incubator) Zoning District (presentation on file). <br /> Mayor Gee opened the public hearing. <br /> Bill Sawyer said he was supportive of the proposed amendments and provided a brief <br /> �" history of some of the businesses currently in the LII Zoning District. <br /> � <br /> �+ M/S Seybert/Howard to close the public hearing. Motion carried unanimously by <br /> voice vote with Councilmember Pierce absent <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1) Hold a public hearing and 2) Waive First Reading and Introduce the draft <br /> Ordinance and 3) Adopt the Negative Declaration. <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 2 (DEFINITIONS) AND ARTICLE 17A (LIGHT <br /> INDUSTRIAL INCUBATOR DISTRICT) OF THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE FOR CHANGES TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES AND <br /> MISCELLANEOUS CLEAN UP AMENDMENTS MINUTE ORDER 15-165 <br /> M/S Howard/Aguirre to waive the first reading, introduce the draft Ordinance, with the <br /> addendum that anything above 2500 square feet be approved via a use permit and <br /> adopt the negative declaration.
