05/12/2016 <br /> Section 2. The Oversight Board hereby finds and determines that the easement <br /> interest in the Concession Areas held by the Successor Agency qualifies as a <br /> governmental purpose asset eligible for transfer to the City pursuant to Health and Safety <br /> Code Section 34181 (a) . <br /> Section 3. The Oversight Board hereby finds and determines that the rescission <br /> of the Partial Assignment Agreement benefits the taxing entities by reducing the <br /> obligations of the Successor Agency associated with the Concession Areas. <br /> Section 4. The Oversight Board hereby approves the Rescission of Partial <br /> Assignment Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference (the " Rescission Agreement") . <br /> Section 5. The Oversight Board hereby authorizes and directs the Successor <br /> Agency to submit this Resolution to the Department of Finance for approval . <br /> Section 6.
