ORIGINAl. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTNG SERVICES <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS - <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARATION <br /> <br /> (EDAW, INC.) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this _ _. ay of <br /> .-~~ , 2002, by and between the.CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> cha r city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and <br /> £DAW, INC., of San Francisco, California ("Consultant") (collectively the <br /> "Parties"); <br /> <br /> WITN£$$ETH: <br /> <br /> WHFR£A$, City requires professiona~ consulting services for <br /> environmental analysis of, and preparation of Environmental Impact Reports for <br /> the Downtown Area Plan and the Housing Element in the City of Redwood City <br /> (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHER£A$, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to perform the services for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all of those <br />services described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
