A. Vendor will host the web-based CMS software system and provide continual software updates at no <br /> additional Charge to the City during the warranty and extended maintenance periods. The CMS <br /> system will be password protected and the information will only be available to the City or user <br /> authorized by the City to access the data. <br /> IPS complies. Software updates will be provided at no cost to the City as they become available. <br /> B. Vendor must give two weeks advance notice of changes and Updates.
