A. Vendor will host the web-based CMS software system and provide continual software updates at no <br /> additional Charge to the City during the warranty and extended maintenance periods. The CMS <br /> system will be password protected and the information will only be available to the City or user <br /> authorized by the City to access the data. <br /> IPS complies. Software updates will be provided at no cost to the City as they become available. <br /> B. Vendor must give two weeks advance notice of changes and Updates. Description of changes must be <br /> provided. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> C. Base price must include all software and hardware licenses. <br /> IPS complies. Please see pricing proposal for more detail. <br /> D. AM UVIS data and related reports belong to the City and upon termination of relationship with the <br /> Consultant, all data will be delivered to the City within 30 days, in either CSV formatted files or as a <br /> stand-alone MS SQL Server database if stored as such. <br /> IPS will comply. <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> 3.1 GENERAL <br /> A.
