Please indicate whether or not your company can offer reduction <br /> in cost by using some or all of the city's existing paystation hardware/materials which were purchased <br /> new in 2007. <br /> IPS is proposing the Revolution Retrofit Kit which will modernize the City's existing Luke I pay stations <br /> with state-of-the-art IPS technology for a fraction of the cost of a new machine. In addition to the re-use of the paystation hardware/materials, please indicate how the old <br /> equipment will be disposed of: will it be re-used, recycled, or otherwise disposed of in a landfill. <br /> The retrofit kit provides an environmentally friendly option to upgrade outdated infrastructure by reusing the <br /> existing pay station cabinet which translates into less waste in the landfill. <br /> Note: if the City decides to re-use savings, the Proposer will be expected to remove and take possession <br /> and ownership of the internal pay station equipment so the cost of removal must be factored into the <br /> trade in value. <br /> C.
