Consultant will determine new points of connection for existing streetlights. These new <br /> multiple-circuit connection points for replacement of circuits fed from old series-system <br /> will be coordinated with PG&E. The coordination with PG&E service representative will <br /> include any submission of service request documentation as needed. <br /> City shall provide the best available information as to the current site conditions, and <br /> AutoCAD files of the streets, so that Consultant can prepare an accurate layout for the <br /> new lighting poles. In the event that the City cannot provide that information, Consultant <br /> will scan, digitize, and take field measurements to make an AutoCAD file of the street <br /> plan. <br /> Construction Documents Phase: <br /> Consultant will prepare plans and project specifications in standard CSI or CalTrans <br /> Standard Specifications format. Consultant will submit progress documents at 50% <br /> completion and at 100% completion to City for reviews. Consultant will also submit final <br /> documents to City for review.
