Agreement. <br />19. Amendment <br />This Agreement may be iunendcd by die adoption of (lie artiendnient by the govenling <br />bodies of a majority ol' the Members. The amendment shall become ellective on die first day of <br />the mouth following the last required member agency approval. Witkhdrawal of Member or Associate Member <br />if it Member ryithdraws as member of RCRC, its membership in the Authority shall <br />automatically teniiittate. A Member or Associate Nfenlber may witidraw frons this Ai,Yreenient <br />upon written notice to die Board; provided however, that no such vvithdrtival sli<-il. result in die <br />dissolution of' the Authority as long as any Bonds or other obligations of the Atlthority rentain <br />out tailclitig. Alit' such Mthdraw d shall become ellective thirty (30) clays after a resolution adopted <br />by the ;Member's gowniilig body wliicli authorizes withdrawal is received by the Authority. <br />Notmflistanding the foregoing, ally, termination of lnertibersltip or evithdrawal from the Authority <br />shall not operate to relieve ally terminated or withdrawilig Member or .Associate Member froin <br />Obligations incurred by such ternllllated or ►yithdrawing Member or Associate Member prior to <br />the lime of its termination or withdrawal. <br />21.
