Preserve the pool of competitors that submit applications for this project, in the <br />event that a Disposition and Development Agreement is not executed, to avoid <br />having to start the project over; <br />2. Come back to the City Council no later than six months with an update on the <br />project <br />Approve by motion an Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with Mid Pen Housing <br />Corporation for the Bradford Street Affordable Housing Development and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the agreement and negotiate the terms of a Disposition and <br />Development Agreement <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to approve Item <br />Howard recused and abstained. <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />Municipal City Clerk <br />1.A.
