<br /> Automobile Liability �2,000,000.04 per occurrence for badily injury and property
<br /> damage(coverage required to the extent applicable to
<br /> Contractor's vehicle usage in perfornung work hereunder).
<br /> 18 2 Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to, and approved by
<br /> City. At the option of City either Develvper's insurer shall reduce or eliminate tho deductibles or
<br /> self-insured retentions with respect to City, it's Council, comrnissions, boards, coriunittees,
<br /> officers,amployees and agents or Developer shall procure a bond gu�ranteeing payment of losses
<br /> and related investigations,claim administration and defense expens�s.
<br /> 18 3 Concun�ently with the execution of this Agreement,Developer shall fumish City
<br /> with certificat�s and eopies of inforniation or declaration pages of the insurance requircd
<br /> hereunder�nd, with respect to evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability
<br /> insurance coverage,original endorsements:
<br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reductian in coverage before the
<br /> expirarion of thirty(30)days after City shall h�ve received written notification of
<br /> c,�ncellation or reduetion in coverage by first class m�il,postage prCpaid;
<br /> (b) Providing that Developer's insurance shall apply separately to
<br /> each insured against whom claim is mado or suit is brought,exccpt with respect
<br /> to the lirnits of the ir�uror's liability(cross liability endcnsements);
<br /> (c) Naming City, its Council, commissions, boards, committees,
<br /> officers,employees and agtnts as addition�l insureds;and
<br /> (d) Providing tt�t Developer's insurance shall be prinsary iasurance
<br /> relating to Contraetor's work hereunder with respeet to City, its Council,
<br /> commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and Agents, and further
<br /> providing that any insurance or self-insurance maintained by City for itself, its
<br /> Council, commissions, boards, cominittees, officers, employees and agents sha11
<br /> not be excess of Contractor's insurance and shall not be contributory with it.
<br /> Such insurance shall also specifically insure any contractual liability assumed by
<br /> Developer uader the tern�s of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, ttte
<br /> provisions of subs�ction(a)above.
<br /> 18 A In the evcnt that Develoger's insuranice is cancelled, Dewelopor shall provide
<br /> replacement coverage or all work must cease as of the cancellation date until replacement
<br /> insuranee coverage is provided.
