EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant Premier Risk Solutions LLC ("PRS") proposes to conduct the following <br /> secunty consulting services for the City of Redwood City, for total fees as described in <br /> Exhibit B. PRS will recommend strategies to improve security posture of City Hall, as <br /> listed out in the Scope of Work section below. All improvements and enhancements will <br /> be realized by the City's implementation of PRS recommendations. PRS will actively <br /> engage all relevant stakeholders to help ensure success.The entire process will focus on <br /> the immediate need for modem enhancements to City Hall design, in order to help <br /> mitigate active threats of violence. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Citv of Redwood Citv Citv Hall Operational Assumptions <br /> • 100 employees (approximate) <br /> • 300-400 visitors per day (approximate) <br /> • Two-story building of 38,921 sq. ft. <br /> • Large council chambers wing, with a second floor open to council below <br /> Off-Site Work: <br /> Pre-Project Analysis: Consultant will perform the following tasks: <br /> • Receive and review atl of the City's data for the property and/or area prior to <br /> arrival on-site <br /> • Receive and review all available SOPs, response and training program details <br /> • Receive and review the City's systems and related architectural build-out <br /> documentation <br /> • Receive and review all local crime stats for the property (including a CAP index <br /> report) <br /> • Determine an interview schedule in collaborations with the City to reach all <br /> relevant stakeholders <br /> On-Site Work: <br /> Physical Review and Study: Consultant will pertorm the following tasks: <br /> • Review of perimeter security and architectural design —include interFace with <br /> parking as shootings can occur there, <br /> • Review of all access and egress points (private and public)--sit study at various <br /> points <br /> • Audit office spaces <br /> • Study council chambers and view an active meeting for utilization of space <br /> analysis (if possible) � <br /> • Review critical offices (City Manager, any Mayor and Council offices, HR, <br /> Finance)and any other vulnerable staff <br /> ATTY/AGR/2016.108/PREMIER RtSK SOLUTIONS <br /> REV:05-19-16 fF <br /> Page 9 of li <br />
