Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />Attn: Aaron Aknin <br />Re: Bradford Street Property <br />Ladies and Gentlemen: <br />Reference is hereby made to that certain Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement, dated <br />as of May 23, 2016 (the "ENA"), by and among the City of Redwood City, a charter city an <br />municipal corporation (the "City") and MidPen Housing Corporation, a California nonprofit public <br />benefit corporation (the "Developer"). <br />Pursuant to Section 1.3 of the ENA, the ENA will automatically terminate (if not sooner <br />terminated) on February 17, 2017, unless extended by the written approval of the City and the <br />Developer. On February 13, 2017, the Redwood City Council approved an extension to the <br />ENA and authorized the City Manager or designee to execute the extension.
