<br /> under the Unemployment insurance Gode with respect to work or lab�r performed under the
<br /> Contract, or f4r any amaunts required to be deducted, withheld, ar�d paid aver to the
<br /> Employmeni Development Department fram the wages of employe�s of the Gontractor and his
<br /> subcontrac#ar pursuant to Section 13020 of the Unemployment Insurance Cade of the State of
<br /> California, with respect to such work and labor, the surety wriil pay f�r the same, in the amount
<br /> not exceeding the sum specified in this bond, and aisa, in case suit is brought upon this bt�nd, a
<br /> reasonable attorney's fee, ta be fixed by the Court.
<br /> This band shall Inure to the benefit of any person named in Section 3181 af the Civil Cod�of the
<br /> State of California so as to give a right of action to them or their assignees in suit brought upon
