3.4 Comments. The City will provide comments, if any, within 30 days of receiving the <br /> manuscript or publication. If City determines that the propased publication contains <br /> patentable subject matter that requires protection, Stanford agrees to the delay of the <br /> publication for a period of time not to exceed sixty (60) days for the purpose of allowing <br /> the pursuit of such protection. <br /> 3.5 Acknowledgment.
