EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Funding for this agreement has been granted from the San Mateo County Health System, <br /> Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to support the Redwood City ("RWC") <br /> and North Fair Oaks ("NFO") Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Partnership. Reba Rose, <br /> Stand Tall Leadership, will work in collaboration with the AOD Abuse Prevention Partnership to <br /> build program capacity in creating and implementing positive youth development settings. <br /> Specific tasks will include: <br /> • Develop and implement 2-3 trainings on leadership and positive youth development for <br /> the Redwood City and North Fair Oaks youth service providers' and youth development <br /> practitioners' community. <br /> • Provide coaching for organizations to further refine their youth development and <br /> leadership practices. <br /> • Work with Redwood City 2020 staff and other youth development community <br /> stakeholders to tailor trainings and coaching to current community context. <br /> Consultant will invoice Redwood City 2020 monthly, providing documentation of actions taken <br /> during the preceding month.
