<br />Ramifications of calling Election in <br />November 2004 vs. March 2005 <br />I November 2004 is an established Presidential <br />General Election date in which Redwood City <br />already participates. Cost to the City is <br />approximately $1 per voter. <br />I March 2005 is an established Election date <br />reserved for the holding of Special Elections. If <br />no other towns participate, the cost to the City of <br />entering this election stand-alone could be as <br />high as $4--$5 per voter. <br />
