A CHP180 must accompany the tow. <br /> Emergency Personnel: <br /> The Fire Department will have personnel on scene for the fireworks. The City's Fire <br /> Marshal will have authority for safety of the launch area(Wharf 4) and will be working <br /> closely with the pyrotechnic company and personnel on meeting all safety standards. <br /> Equipment will also be staged in the area. Only emergency personnel and other <br /> designated City personnel will be allowed in once the road closures have taken place. <br /> RCFD will also have a boat on the water to handle fire and medical emergency. <br />
