7.C. - Page 6 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10642, the City prepared and made publicly <br /> available for public review a draft 2015 Urban Water Management Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing on the Plan was held by City Council on June 13, <br /> 2016, at which time public comments were heard and considered. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The Council hereby adopts the 2015 Urban Water Management Plan <br /> of Redwood City, a copy of which is on file in the offices of the Public Works Services <br /> Department and on the City of Redwood City's website, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 2. The Public Works Services Director is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to file the Plan with the California Department of Water Resources, the California State <br /> Library, and the County of San Mateo within thirty (30) days of the adoption of this <br /> resolution. <br /> Section 3. The Public Works Services Department is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to implement the Plan adopted hereby, including the Water Conservation and <br /> Recycling Programs set forth therein. <br /> Section 4.
