2. By motion, approve Lease Agreement for Recycled Water <br /> Treatment/Storage/Pumping Facility Site ("Lease") between the South <br /> Bayside System Authority and the City of Redwood City and authorize <br /> Mayor to sign <br /> ii. Redwood City Recycled Water Project — Implementation Resources and <br /> Organization <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. By motion, approve professional services agreement with Whitley Burchett & <br /> Associates for program management services — Year One, and authorize the <br /> City Manager to sign agreement. <br /> 2. By motion, approve professional services agreement with Data Instincts for <br /> implementation of public information and outreach services — Year One, and <br /> authorize the City Manager to sign agreement. <br /> 3. By motion, approve one-year Sublease Agreement with PVG Management <br /> Inc. and Consent to Sublease Agreement with PVG Management Inc. and <br /> Providian Credit Union for the purpose of establishing a project office at 303 <br /> Twin Dolphin Drive in Redwood Shores, and authorize the City Manager to <br /> sign agreements. <br /> iii. Redwood City Recycled Water Project — Disinfection, Storage and Pumping <br /> Facilities <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, authorize the South Bayside System Authority (SBSA) to call for bids <br /> for pre-purchase of construction steel for the Redwood City Recycled Water <br /> Disinfection, Storage and Pumping Facilities to be constructed at SBSA <br /> 9. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion <br /> of City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California <br /> Cities Priority Focus Bulletin No. 27-2004 and 28-2004. Council may direct staff <br /> to act on positions taken by Council.
