6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Council//Redevelopment Agency on any subject relating to the City <br /> Council/Redevelopment Agency which is not on the agenda or any item within the <br /> Consent Calendar. If the subiect vou wish to address is not on the aqenda, please <br /> understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetina Law) precludes the Council from takinq <br /> anv action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are considered to be <br /> routine and the City Council//Redevelopment Agency will waive the reading of the <br /> Consent Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and <br /> ordinances, and approve other items by one motion and one vote.
