06/13/2016 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15498 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY DESIGNATING THE EVENT ROUTE AND STREET CLOSURES <br /> FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION <br /> WHEREAS, because of the impact that special events have on City streets and <br /> traffic when a full or partial street closure is required for such a special event, the City <br /> Council of the City of Redwood City finds that it is crucial that any such routes be <br /> thoroughly reviewed and analyzed to enable careful planning of such special events in <br /> order to minimize impacts to the general public where such street closures are permitted; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, after thorough review, analysis, and planning the City Council does <br /> hereby establish the following route and necessary full and Partial Street closures for the <br /> Fourth of July Celebration. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
