EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Funding for the Agreement has been granted from the San Mateo County Health <br /> System, Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to support the <br /> Redwood City and North Fair Oaks Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Partnership. <br /> Consultant will work in collaboration with the AOD Abuse Prevention Partnership to <br /> decrease harm to youth by reducing underage access to harmful environmental factors <br /> influenced by and related to Alcohol and Other Drugs. <br /> Specific tasks will include: <br /> • Redwood City Police Department and Consultant will coordinate 4 decoy <br /> operations through Redwood City/North Fair Oaks (RWC/NFO), with emphasis <br /> on neighborhoods around Redwood, Sequoia, and Woodside High Schools. <br /> • During each operation the law enforcement team will attempt to purchase alcohol <br /> from at least 20 stores in the above mentioned areas. <br /> • In partnership with Redwood City 2020, Consultant will publically acknowledge <br /> and recognize merchants for participating in efforts to reduce selling alcohol to <br /> youth. <br /> • Assigned Consultant staff will attend monthly Prevention Partnership Steering <br /> Committee meetings. <br /> • Complete other tasks related the Redwood City 2020 AOD Prevention <br /> Partnership as assigned and agreed upon by Consultant and Redwood City <br /> 2020. <br /> Consultant will submit progress reports in writing or in person and will invoice Redwood <br /> City 2Q20 twice per fiscal year, providing documentation of actions.
