Execute the General Service Agreement with Contract Sweeping Services for one year <br />of street sweeping services, in an amount not to exceed $266,793.00; <br />2. Extend the agreement for five additional one-year terms, wherein the payment amount for <br />any extension term may be increased up to five percent of the preceding term for a total of <br />not to exceed contract price of $1,814,702.72 <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />Municipal City Clerk <br />
