IV. Monthly Reports <br />The Contractor will provide electronic copies of monthly street sweeping statistics to <br />the City's Public Works staff within 10 days from the beginning of each month for the <br />previous month. <br />The report shall contain: <br />• Volume of street debris collected for the month from all routes <br />• Type(s) of sweeper(s) used to complete daily routes (e.g. regenerative air <br />or mechanical broom) <br />Number of curb miles completed each month <br />V. Monthly Invoices <br />Contractor will provide a detailed invoice to the City on a monthly basis for work <br />performed the previous month. <br />VI. Fee Schedule <br />The City will pay Contractor up to a not -to -exceed amount of $360,000 as detailed <br />below: <br />Monthly Expenses-, <br />Service Level Description Cost <br />Monthly Street Sweep all residential routes twice a $23,108.95 / <br />Sweeping month, and sweep commercial routes Month <br />_per commercial schedule <br />Additional Services: <br />Contractor will provide additional services as requested by the City.
