The Contractor will provide electronic copies of monthly street sweeping statistics to the City's Public Works staff within 10 days from the beginning of each month for the previous month . The report shall contain: • Volume of street debris collected for the month from all routes • Type(s) of sweeper(s) used to complete daily routes (e.g. regenerative air or mechanical broom) • Number of curb miles completed each month V. Monthly Invoices Contractor will provide a detailed invoice to the City on a monthly basis for work performed the previous month. II . Fee Schedule The City will pay Contractor up to a not-to-exceed amount of $360,000 as detailed below: Monthly Ex • enses: Service Level Description Cost Monthly Street Sweep all residential routes twice a $21 ,367.50 / Sweeping month, and sweep commercial routes per Month commercial schedule Additional Services: Contractor will provide additional services as requested by the City. The City makes no guarantee for the amount of additional service it will require during the contract term. Service Level Description Cost Leaf Season Monthly Sweep all residential routes once every $37,615. 15 / Street Sweeping week, and sweep commercial routes per Month commercial schedule Unscheduled Services: Contractor will provide additional unscheduled sweeping service as requested by the City. The City makes no guarantee for the amount of unscheduled services it will require during the contract term.
