�Y4 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />STREET CLEANING SERVICES <br />(Contract Sweeping Services, Inc.) <br />his Amendment No. 3 is entered into and effective as of the 23 day of <br />2019, extending and amending the agreement dated June <br />17, 2016" by 9nd between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Contract Sweeping Services, Inc., a <br />California corporation ("Contractor") (collectively, the "Parties") for street cleaning <br />services. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On June 17, 2016, the Parties executed a General Services Agreement <br />("Original Agreement'); and <br />B. On September 7, 2017, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to the <br />General Services Agreement ("Amendment No. 1 "); and <br />C. On July 1, 2019, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to the General <br />Services Agreement ("Amendment No. 2"; the Original Agreement, Amendment No. 1 <br />and Amendment No. 2 are collectively referred to herein as the "Agreement'); and <br />D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br />incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br />been amended from time to time, Contractor will provide those services described in <br />Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total Agreement amount shall not exceed One <br />Million Three Hundred Forty -Six Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety -Three Dollars <br />($1,346,793). <br />2. City will pay Contractor for all work associated with those services <br />described in Exhibit "A" an amount not -to -exceed Three Hundred Sixty Thousand <br />Dollars ($360,000), for an aggregate amount of One Million Three Hundred Forty -Six <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety -Three Dollars ($1,346,793). Contractor will provide <br />City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include dates, routes <br />cleaned, curb miles, gallons of water used, yards of debris disposed, and related <br />activities and costs for approval by City. <br />3.
