�*�a��R�.a+� � Y��.» _ �.., AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MATRIX CONSULTING GROUP This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the � day of � � H �-� , 2016, amending the agreement dated June 13, 2016 (the "Agreement") by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City), and Matrix Consulting Group ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties) for conducting a Development Services User Fee Study for Community Development Department and Fire Department. RECITALS A. On June 13, 2016, the Parties executed a Professianal Services Agreement for conducting a Development Services User Fee Study for Community Development Department and Fire Department; B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amend the Agreement to add fee study scope to include Police services. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in Exhibit A at the price specified in Exhibit A. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage for this Amendment. 4.
