ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />(Matrix Consulting Group) <br />This Amendment No.2 ("Amendment') is entered into and effective as of the <br />day of �rwr v� a , 2017, amending the agreement dated June 13, 201 as <br />amended October 14, 2016 by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city <br />and municipal corporation ("City"), and Matrix Consulting Group, ("Consultant') <br />(collectively, the 'Parties") for conducting a Development Services User Fee Study for <br />Community Development Department and Fire Department. <br />f:7�dti1� <br />A. On June 13, 2016, the Parties executed a Professional Services Agreement <br />for conducting a Development Services User Fee Study for Community Development <br />Department and Fire Department("Original Agreement'); and <br />B. On October 4, 2016, the Parties executed an Amendment No.1 to add fee <br />study scope to include Police services ("Amendment No. 1") (the Original Agreement <br />and Amendment No. 1 are collectively referred to herein as the "Agreement'); and <br />C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work <br />and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit <br />"A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement Consultant will <br />provide those services described in Exhibit "A." <br />2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br />described in Exhibit "A" fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00), for an aggregate not -to - <br />exceed amount of ($50,000.00). (The Original Agreement provides for a not -to -exceed <br />amount of $30,000, and Amendment No. 1 provides for a flat rate fee of $5,000.) <br />Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed <br />to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by <br />City. <br />2017. <br />Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by June 30, <br />All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />5.
