EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant agrees to extend the scope of work for conducting a fee study to include <br />assessing current and potential fees for Administration (Finance, City Clerk, City <br />Manager, and City Attorney), Library, Parks, Recreation & Community Services, and <br />Public Works. With respect to the fee study authorized by this Amendment No. 2, <br />Consultant shall perform all tasks outlined in the scope of services of the original <br />Agreement. The Consultant will provide this service for an additional cost not to exceed <br />$15,000. The following table provides a breakdown of estimated team member hours <br />and project costs by task for the requested scope of work.
