Consultant shall maintain <br /> occurrence �ased coverage with limits not less than $1,00O,OOU per <br /> occurrence., If the submitted policies contain aggregate limi#s, such timits <br /> will apply separately to the Serviees, project, or location that is the subject <br /> of this Agreement or the aggregate will be finrice the required per <br /> occurrence limit. The Commereial General Liabitity insurance policy shall <br /> be endorsed ta name the City, its officers, agents, employees and <br /> volunteers as additional insureds, and to state that the insurance will be <br /> primary and not contribute with any insurance or self-insurance <br /> maintained by the City. <br /> 11.1.2 Business Automobile Liability Insucance. Consultant shall maintain <br /> caverage w'rth limits not less than $1,0OO,OQO per each accident for <br /> owned, hired and non�wned automobiles. <br /> 11.1.3 Workers' Comqensation Insurance. Consultant shall mai:ntain <br /> eoverage as required by the Galifomia Labor Code. The Workers' <br /> Compensation policy shalf contain an endoi-sement stating that the insurer <br /> waives any right to subrogation against the City, its officers, age�ts, <br /> employees and volunteers. <br /> 11.1.4 Employer's Liability Insurance. Consultant shall maintain coverage <br /> with limits not less than $1,QOO,Q00 per each aceident for bodily injury or <br /> disease. <br /> 11.1.5 Professional Liability Insurance. Consultant shall maintain <br /> coverage with limifs not less than $1,QOO,OOQ per occurrence. <br /> Prafessional Liability may be written as claims-made coverage. <br /> 11.2. Notice of Cancellation. This insurance will be in force during the life of the <br /> Agreement and any e�ctensions of it and will not be canceled without Consultant <br /> providing thirty (30) days prior written not'rce to City sent pursuant to the Notice <br /> pravisions of this agreeme�t. <br /> 11.3 Providinq Certificates of Insurance and Endc�rsements. Prior to Gity's <br /> execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall provide to City certificates of <br /> insurance and above-referenced endorsements sufficient to satisfaction of City's <br /> Risk Manager. In na event shall Consultant commenee any work or provide any <br /> Services under this Agreement until certificates of insurance and endorsements <br /> have been accepted by Cify's Risk Manager. <br /> 11.4 Failure to Maintain Coveraqe.
