Trash and DebrisAccumulation Trash and debris accumulated in thebioretention area.Trash and debris removed frombioretention area and disposed ofproperly. <br />3. SedimentEvidence of sedimentation inbioretention area.Material removed so that there is noclogging or blockage. Material isdisposed of properly. <br />4. Erosion Channels have formed around inlets,there are areas of bare soil, and/orother evidence of erosion. <br />Obstructions and sediment removedso that water flows freely anddisperses over a wide area.Obstructions and sediment aredisposed of properly. <br />5. Vegetation Vegetation is dead, diseased and/orovergrown.Vegetation is healthy and attractivein appearance. <br />6. Mulch Mulch is missing or patchy inappearance. Areas of bare earth areexposed, or mulch layer is less than 3inches in depth. <br />All bare earth is covered, exceptmulch is kept 6 inches away fromtrunks of trees and shrubs. Mulch iseven in appearance, at a depth of 3inches. <br />7.
