Sewer Utility Finances & Rates 71 <br /> Water & Sewer Financial Plans & Rate Studies <br />3.12 Sewer Rate Impacts <br />Table S17 shows the impacts of the proposed sewer rates on a range of residential and commercial <br />customers. Single family homes and other residential accounts with up to 9 dwelling unit will face <br />an overall 4.4% sewer rate increase over the next 3 years. Multi‐family dwelling units in accounts <br />with 10 or more dwelling units would face an overall 6.0% decrease in their sewer rates over the <br />next 3 years with the proposed rates.
