<br />ATTY/RESO.0062/CC RESO BUDGET FINAL ADOPTION FY 16-17 <br />REV: 06-17-16 JS <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />expenses, incurred between July 1, 2017 and the date that the appropriations are <br />adopted for Fiscal Year 2017-2018; to this end the City Council, on behalf of the City, <br />appropriates 1/12 of the amounts that were appropriated for operating purposes in <br />Fiscal Year 2016-2017 to each fund, to be effective July 1, 2017. Upon adoption of a <br />budget for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 this appropriation shall be superseded. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. Effective Date and Operative Date.
