By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement <br />Agreement with SummerHill 150 ECR LLC. <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with SummerHill 150 ECR LLC. <br />4.
