By motion, approve the Parcel Map for merger and resubdivision at 275 Oracle Parkway <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with <br />Centrum Owners Association, and Oracle America, Inc. <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with Centrum Owners Association, Oracle Corporation, and Oracle America, Inc. <br />4.
