There are three <br /> components to the program: <br /> 1) Food Security and Healthy Food. MOW delivers hot, nutritious meals to <br /> program participants 252 days per year, with additional meals provided for <br /> holidays and weekend meals to eligible recipients. <br /> 2} Safety Check. The daily safety and wellness check provided by the delivery <br /> personnel, is vital to the safety and well-being of the participants. It has <br /> proven to be a literal life-saver on many occasions every year! <br /> 3) Assessment and Referral. Each participant is visited in their homes shortly <br /> after they begin receiving meals and then re-assessed every six months.
