(g) Captions. <br /> <br /> All captions and headings in this Lease are for the purposes of refe~ ence and convenience <br />and shall not limit or expand the provisions of this Lease. <br /> <br /> (h) Brokers. <br /> <br /> Lessor and Lessee are separately responsible for payment of any br )ker's commission or <br />finder's fee incurred by that party's engagement or acceptance of the servi~ :es of a broker or <br />agent by said party.
