A. which <br /> was taken out of order and considered immediately before Agenda Item 7. C.) <br /> Mayor Buchan presented the plaque to Supervisor Barrales who thanked the <br /> Council for its support of the Fair Oaks Community Center, and promised his <br /> continued support for the North Fair Oaks area in his capacity as a San <br /> Mateo County Supervisor. <br /> B.
