ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />(PFM Asset Management LLC) <br />This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the 1st day of July, <br />2019, extending the agreement dated July 1, 2016 (the "Agreement."'), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("City"), and PFM Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability <br />company("Consultant') (collectively, the "Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On July 1, 2016, the Parties executed that certain Agreement for Professional <br />Services for investment advisory services; and <br />B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. The Agreement is hereby extended for a period of one year ending on <br />June 30, 2020. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement shall include coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
