3 <br /> Grantee provided under this Grant Agreement, but only in proportion to and to the extent <br /> such liability, loss, expense, attorneys' fees, or claims for injury or damages are caused by <br /> or result from the negligent or intentional acts or omissions of Grantee, its officers, <br /> agents, or employees. This provision will survive the expiration or earlier termination of <br /> this grant. <br /> (8) The Grantee will provide to the Foundation such other information as may be <br /> necessary or desirable to permit the Foundation to exercise its responsibility for the <br /> supervision of the grant as required by the Internal Revenue Code. <br /> (9) Failure to observe any of the grant's conditions following notice by the Foundation and <br /> provided that Grantee does not cure the default as identified by the Foundation within <br /> thirty (30) days of the notice date and to the satisfaction of the Foundation will be deemed <br /> a default on the part of the Grantee.
