However, the Grand Jury found that the actual <br />cost of implementing even the most expensive system is significantly less than the perception of <br />the many agencies that have not adopted body-worn cameras.24 Several police departments <br />informed the Grand Jury that the cost of data storage is on a downward trajectory.
