Penal Code Section 929 requires that reports of <br />the Grand Jury not contain the name of any person or facts leading to the identity of any person who provides information to <br />the Civil Grand Jury. <br />The Grand Jury interviewed command staff at these law enforcement agencies: <br /> <br />• San Mateo County Sheriff's Office <br />• The Police Departments of: <br />• Atherton <br />• Belmont <br />• Daly City <br />• East Palo Alto <br />• Foster City <br />• Hillsborough <br />• Menlo Park <br />• Redwood City <br />• San Mateo <br />• South San Francisco <br /> <br />The Grand Jury interviewed representatives of the following local law enforcement associations: <br /> <br />• Hillsborough Police Officer Association <br />• Menlo Park Police Officers’ Association <br />• San Mateo County Deputy Sheriff’s Association <br />• San Mateo County Organization of Sheriff’s Sergeants <br />• Redwood City Police Officers’ Association <br />• Redwood City Police Sergeants’ Association <br /> <br />The Grand Jury interviewed a senior official of Northern California Regional Intelligence <br />Center (NCRIC). <br /> <br />The Grand Jury interviewed a member of the American Civil Liberties Union and Electronic <br />Frontier who served on a citizens’ committee to review and recommend body-worn camera <br />use policies at the request of their city's police chief. <br />The Grand Jury interviewed senior members of the San Mateo County District <br />Attorney’s Office. <br />6.1.J. - Page 22
