CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 13 <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion and one vote. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br />and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br />Council Member Howard recused herself from voting on item 6.1.B - City of Redwood <br />City and YMCA of Silicon Valley Exclusive Negotiating Agreement due to her serving on <br />the YMCA of Silicon Valley Board and she left the chamber. <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Masur to approve item 6.1.B. Motion carried 6-0-1 with Council Member <br />Howard recused and abstained. <br /> <br />Item 6.1.F - Disposal of City's Surplus Personal Property, and Item 6.1.I - Investment <br />Policy and agreement for independent professional investment management services <br />with PFM Asset Management, LLC were pulled for further discussion. <br /> <br />M/S Borgens/Howard to approve the Consent Calendar, excluding Items 6.1.F and 6.1.I. <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />Council Member Gee requested that Item 6.1.F – Disposal of City’s Surplus Personal <br />Property be continued to July 25, 2016 and that staff research the possibility of donating <br />some of the surplus items listed in the staff report to the Sister Cities of Redwood City. <br /> <br />M/S Gee/Borgens to continue item 6.1.F to July 25, 2016. Motion carried <br />unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />Council Member Gee requested that an amendment be made to item 6.1.I to have <br />quarterly reports provided rather than monthly reports. <br /> <br />M/S Gee/Masur to approve item 6.1.I, as amended, to have quarterly reports versus <br />monthly reports.
