<br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of

<br />Commencing at a 1-inch iron pipe monument inside a standard city monument well, found at the
<br />intersection of Vera Avenue and Upton Avenue, as shown on that certain Map entitled “Redwood Terrace
<br />No.4” filed in Volume 32 of Maps, Pages 30 thru 31, San Mateo County Records; thence South
<br />45°30’00” East along the monument line of Upton Street, a distance of 325.09 feet; thence North
<br />44°30’00” East, a distance of 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point lying on the East
<br />line of Upton Street and being the most westerly corner of the lands being described herein;
