DTPP Height Regulations Map <br /> <br /> <br />By incorporating the mandatory step-down height zones, the DTPP has already <br />mitigated impacts to identified key historic resources by limiting the heights of certain <br />parcels in order to avoid impacts. The DTPP does not require any height step-downs <br />along either side of Jefferson Avenue or Bradford Street. Similarly, the DTPP has <br />identified specific locations at which the tallest mass of a building must be located at the <br />designated corner. These locations are indicated on the DTPP Building Height Map by <br />black lines that wrap around both sides of identified parcel corners. These locations <br />were designated to “emphasize the importance of these locations and create attractive <br />terminated vistas.” (DTPP, p. 90) As can be readily seen on the Building Height Map, <br />the Project site is not one of the 12 designated corners, and thus the Project is not <br />subject to the maximum corner height regulations. <br />Project Site <br />8.C. - Page 13
