The Mayor stated that they had a request from the Health Department requesting a meeting <br />before the Council took any action. The date of September 25th was set for the meeting with the <br />Health Department and also the property owners from the Emerald Lake area. The Clerk was asked to <br />notify the Council, Mr. Xest and the Health Department. <br />Councilman Z,deiss moved that the matter of Mr. Knudsen's request be held over until the first meeting <br />ing October, seconded by Councilman Herkner and carried.
