Councilman Herkner stated that he did not approve the wording "disapproving the annexation." This was followed by discussion in regard to why the City Attorney recommended they pass this ordinance. Councilman Herl�er seconded the motion if it was understood tY� t they were disapnroving the annexation because the people did not want to come into the City at this time. The City Attorney stated tYa t it should be made clear and for th.e record that Mr. Eichorn asked that the annexation not be carried throu�h.
