He suggested that the entire matter be referred to the Park and Recreatioa� Cc�m�issios� toget�er xith the Citq I�danager to pre— pare $aid Mast.er Plar�. He called attentian to the Assem�t�ly Interem Ca�ttee requirements necessary to ob— tain financial aid. Cc�uncilman Herkner offered nc ob3ectian8 to a Master Plan� haaever� hs stated that such a-plan is on the way at present• The Park & Recrea�io� Casmmi.ssian is represented oa the Co�arLttee arid he saw no reason to refer the matter back to the Commissian. Cauncilman Stout �dvc�cated a Master Plan, to act as a guide in determining a progra� to folla�r.
