Lodi and Senior Stenographer Clerk Vivian Fiolmquist. � Counci7man Spillers moved approval of the Minutes of october 7th and October 7.l�th� 1957� as mailed� seeonded by n� Councilman Granger and carried. ,.,� In line with discussion held at 'a stuc�y meeting� Gouncilman �teiss moved that for a period of thirty days the City Clerk include in the minutes only the actions of the Caunci]_; that other matters be included only upan specific request unless �objected to by a Council memberr and that if an ob�ection be made t o the request a ma�ority of the Council should determine the question without debate� seconded by Councilman Staut and cari- ried on roll call v�i.th Councilmen Granger, SpiLl`ers and A�ayor Royer voti.ng No. CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEAR�NG� PftOPOSID 12 AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0. 600. Counci]man Spillers moved that t he public 'hearing be closed� seconded by Councilman �Teymouth and carri.ed. Ccuncilman Spillers offered intro-- duetion of an ordinance amending Sections 2.2� 15.1(c)� 20:7.� 20.2, 20.3� 20.�.� 20.5� 20.6� and 28.7. to Ordi�ance No. 600� being the zoning Ordinance, and further amending said Ord,inance N o. 600 by adding thereto certa.in new sections number�d 8.3� 8.It� 10.2� 10.3� 13.2 and 13.3; establishing and prdQViding regulations for the follawing n� districts: "ft-3-G" District� "C-N" District� and "P-II��"' District; adding a neer regula- ,.,� tion governing front yard requirements; adding a definition of "Professional Offices�'x providing for the �� zoning of Territory naw shown on the Sectional District Zoning Maps and presently witl�iin the incorporated Iimits of the City or hereinafter annexed to the City; and� estab lishing regula tions for the granting of variances or exceptions to the pravisions �of said Ordinanee No. 600� seconded by Councilman Herkner and , carried. CITY MANAGF�Z REPORT ON YACHT HARBOR DEVELOPI�ENT. (HeZd over from 10-Z1.4 57) 'Counci].man VPeiss maved to accept the City �anager�s report on Yacht Harbor Development dated October 9, 1957, (Clerk�s file 19. PARK AND RE- CREATION - YACHT HAR.�iOR) seconded by Councilman Stout and carried. Councilman Herkner moved that the City Manager write a letter to the people putting in the private Yacht , Harbor and tell them what they �!rill be faced with in regard to �rater poluticm� seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried tvith Couneilman Granger voting No. � Councilxnan Weiss moved that the City Manager's report of Oetboer 9th on Yacht Harbor Development be taken up at a stuc�y meeting with regard to the procedure to follcr�►r. The motion lost for lack of a second. Councilman Granger moved that the report of the City Adanager dated October 9th on Yacht Harbor Development ' be referred to the Yacht Harbor Committee� seconded by Counci]inan Spillers and carried. , CITY MANAGER REP�T ON REQtTF,�T C�' H. Councilman Spillers moved that a study meeting be h�ld on Oct- „� ober 30th� °seconded by Councilman Weiss and carried. � Councilman VPeiss asked t�at his prepared statement be made a part of the minutes.
