PARK AND RE- <br /> CREATION - YACHT HAR.�iOR) seconded by Councilman Stout and carried. <br /> Councilman Herkner moved that the City Manager write a letter to the people putting in the private Yacht <br /> , Harbor and tell them what they �!rill be faced with in regard to �rater poluticm� seconded by Councilman <br /> Spillers and carried tvith Couneilman Granger voting No. <br /> � Councilxnan Weiss moved that the City Manager's report of Oetboer 9th on Yacht Harbor Development be taken <br /> up at a stuc�y meeting with regard to the procedure to follcr�►r. The motion lost for lack of a second. <br /> Councilman Granger moved that the report of the City Adanager dated October 9th on Yacht Harbor Development <br /> ' be referred to the Yacht Harbor Committee� seconded by Counci]inan Spillers and carried. <br /> , CITY MANAGER REP�T ON REQtTF,�T C�' H.
